Are Unveil Hair Products Non-Toxic?
Yes! Unveil’s haircare products are formulated to be non-toxic and clean. They are vegan, cruelty-free, fragrance-free, gluten-free, and silicone-free. We also avoid known hormone disruptors and carcinogens. Our commitment is to produce haircare that’s clean, safe and effective.
Where Are The Products Made?
Our products are made in the USA and ship from sunny San Diego, CA.
How Long Until I See Results?
You may notice your hair feeling thicker and more manageable within a few days of use. As hair growth follows a roughly 90- to 100-day cycle, for optimal visible results you should use the product continuously for 3-4 months.
Will You Be Expanding Your Product Line?
Yes, we’re actively developing new products! Additional Unveil haircare solutions are already in the works and slated for launch this year.
How Do I Use The Unveil Restorative Hair Serum?
Spray 1-2 pumps directly onto your scalp in each of your thinning areas. Massage into your scalp with fingertips. For best results, use our scalp-stimulating brush before you spray your scalp, to get increased blood flow up to the scalp and clean away any debris. Use once daily, either AM or PM. This is a Leave-On Treatment. Consistent, long-term use (3-4 months) gives the best opportunity to support hair growth and thickness.
Can Unveil Haircare Products Be Used On Color-Treated Or Chemically-Treated Hair?
Yes, Unveil products are formulated without harsh chemicals, silicones, or sulfates, making them safe for color-treated, bleached, relaxed, or chemically processed hair.
Are Unveil Products Safe For Sensitive Scalp / Hair Loss / Thinning Hair?
Many of our customers use Unveil products because they have thinning hair or sensitive scalp. Our clean formulations minimize irritation and are free of known hormone disruptors.
What is Unveil’s Subscription Policy?
We offer a subscription option for select Unveil products, allowing you to save 10% on a 30-day supply automatically and 90% on a 90-day supply. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
SHIPPING
What Method Do You Use To Ship?
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We process orders within 1-2 business days, and United States domestic delivery typically takes 1-6 additional days.
When Will My Package Arrive?
All packages are shipped by USPS. The processing time for orders is 1-2 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is 1-6 days.
Do You Accept International Orders?
Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States but plan to expand globally in the near future.
RETURNS
I Received A Damaged Product. What Do I Do?
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt. If you receive a leaking or damaged item, or the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@unveilhaircare.com with the subject line “Damaged Product”. Please include a photo of the damage. We will review and respond within 2 business days to arrange resolution.
How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item?
We want you to love Unveil products, but if they’re not a fit, you may return or exchange within 90 days of purchase. The bottle may be used — we encourage you to try it.(Remember, it takes up to 90 days to see noticeable difference with your hair and scalp.)
To start an exchange or refund, please email us for an RA (return authorization) number before returning the item to us, or the items will not be accepted and be returned to you.
Email hello@unveilhaircare.com and in the subject line put Return Request.
Returns have a $5 handling fee, and shipping costs are non-refundable; you are responsible for return shipping. Please use tracking and insurance for your return shipment — Unveil is not responsible for lost return packages.
I Changed My Mind. Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes — you may cancel your order before it ships. If the order has shipped, it may be processed as a return and will incur the standard $5 handling fee and any applicable return shipping costs.
