Refund policy

Our goal is to have you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes, it’s just not a fit.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We stand behind our products. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your purchase within 90 days from the date of purchase. Used bottles are acceptable as we want you to try the product thoroughly. Remember, it takes up to 90 days to see noticeable differences in your hair and scalp.

Return Authorization:

To initiate an exchange or refund, please email us at hello@unveilhaircare.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Handling Fee:

Returns are subject to a $5 handling fee per order, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Process:

  1. Email hello@unveilhaircare.com with the subject line "Return Request."
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with the return address and further instructions.
  4. 5-7 Working Days for Payment will be sent to your account.

Return Conditions:

  1. Ensure you obtain tracking and insurance for your return shipment, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
  2. New or Used Bottles are acceptable for return.

Damages or Issues with Your Shipment:

  1. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of your delivery if the item is leaking, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
  2. We may ask for pictures when contacting us. Contact us at hello@unveilhaircare.com with the subject line "Damaged Product," describe the issue, and we will contact you within 2 business days with next steps.

Non-returnable Items:

  1. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Backorders:

  1. If a backorder occurs, we will contact you via email with the estimated arrival date of your product. You can choose to:
    • Select a new item,
    • Request to be placed on a priority waitlist,
    • Cancel the original order with no penalty.
  2. We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available and notify you via email.

Purchases Made via Retailers:

  1. Subject to the return policies of that store.

Payment:

  1. We accept all major credit cards.
  2. All Credit Card charges will appear from Unveil Restorative Hair Care.
