Orders are captured in our system immediately.
We do our best to process your order in 2 business days after the order is placed.
Therefore, any changes to an order we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
Once shipped from our location in Solana Beach, CA orders will arrive from USPS | FedEx with delivery confirmation or signature required.
Standard Shipping - USPS or FedEx Ground (2 to 6 Business Days once processed).
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays and additional charges.
(Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.)

Returns – Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is that you love our products as much as we do but we get sometimes it’s not a fit.
We stand behind our products so if you are not 100% satisfied you can return or exchange up to 90 days from the date of purchase. The bottle can be used as we want you to try the product. (Remember it takes up to 90 days to see noticeable difference with your hair and scalp)
To start an exchange or refund please email us for an RA number (return authorization before returning the item to us or items will not be accepted and returned to you)
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Returns have a $5 handling fee, per order and will be deducted from the refund

Please provide your order number and tell us why you are returning the product.
We will reach out within 2 business days with the address to send the product back.
(Please get tracking & insurance when returning your items to us as we are not responsible for lost packages.)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method less the original shipping fees (which are nonrefundable) and handling fee. Please remember it can take up to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Damages or issues with your shipment
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of your delivery if the item is leaking, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right quickly. We may ask for you to send pictures when contacting us. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and put in the subject line damaged product, tell us about the issue and we'll contact you within 2 business days with next steps.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Occasionally backorders occur when requests for a particular item exceed available inventory.
If a backorder occurs on your ordered product, we will contact you via email with the estimated arrival date of your product and you will be given the option to: (1)select a new item, (2) request to be placed on a priority waitlist to receive the product once it becomes available for shipment (please note we will complete the charge to the payment method used with your original order), or (3) cancel the original order with no penalty.
We will promptly ship item(s) once they become available and let you know it’s shipping via email.
Purchases made via retailers (our retail partners) are subject to the return policies of that store.
